On-site assistance - call for expert help in designing your case or rack enclosure needs.  APG, where able, will personally measure your gear to ensure an accurate fit for the best possible protection of the products you are shipping.  We also perform site layout visits as necessary and can provide pre-design illustrations to assist your efforts.

Repair Services - If it is within our ability to repair your damaged product we will do so for a nominal fee except where manufacturer warranty still applies.  In many cases, we will arrange a return authorization for your product for factory repairs or simply replace it with a new one as internal policies apply.
