Stantron Pioneer Enclosure Systems -
Pioneer is the cornerstone of the APW rack line. The Pioneer
delivers easy to order custom configurable solutions
to store your mission critical equipment, such as
servers, hubs, routers, 19" EIA equipment and 23"
and 24" equipment. Pioneer is available in
nine
standard rack heights: 12, 25, 30, 35, 40, 42, 45, 48,
and 50 rack units @ 1.75" per RU; three standard
widths: 22", true 24" and 27"; and four depths: 25", 30", 36"
and 42". The Pioneer enclosure is designed to be
easily configured for multi-bay applications for
growth and expandability for any work environment.
Components include 15- or 20-amp power, fixed or
sliding shelves, cable management and 150+ keying

How To Configure A
Stantron Pioneer Enclosure
| Select the
appropriate Pioneer Enclosure frame that meets
your storage requirements. The frame includes
an open fame structure, levelers, and equipment
mounting rails. Choose either .375 square holes
or #10-32 tapped holes |
| Select appropriate
size and style top panel and bottom panel (if
desired) |
| NOTE: All
three piece top panels come with (2) 5" cable
management panels included, the mid-section is
modular and interchangeable for added
flexibility |
| NOTE: Single
piece top panels are formed, individual panels |
| If a full set of
side panels is required for a single enclosure
or to finish off a run of ganged enclosures,
specify the side panel set that matches the
frame height and depth |
| Select the
appropriate door style based on the required
ventilation requirements. Doors are available
in Lexan (Light smoked), perforated, vented, or
solid |
| DOOR: Order
the appropriate size and style door based on the
enclosure size |
| Handle: Each
door requires a handle with the appropriate lock
to be specified as a separate line item. The
handle, with lock, needs to be specified as the
line item directly below the door |
| Specify the
appropriate size and style rack-mount
accessories. Remember to specify the correct
depth shelf based on the enclosure frame size.
The shelf should always be smaller than the
overall depth of the enclosure. |
| Specify the
appropriate power strip required in the
enclosure. We recommend that a Lacing Bar be
specified with each power strip ordered. Make
sure to specify the proper height Lacing Bar and
power strip based on the overall enclosure
height. Note that power strip EPS6620 does
not have a mount capability by itself. A
steel lacing bar must be purchased with this
item. |
